1F, CoLaBo Honmachi, 4-6-11 Hirano-machi, Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka, Japan

“Kushikatsu,” a symbol of Osaka’s culinary culture.

Kushikatsu, a dish that has particularly flourished in Osaka, is a symbol of the city’s culinary culture.
By skewering and frying various ingredients and seasonal delicacies from across Japan, kushikatsu offers a diverse and flavorful dining experience, making it an essential part of enjoying Osaka’s rich food culture.

You can savor each piece of kushikatsu through our chef’s “Omakase” course.

By serving each skewer individually, we ensure that you can enjoy the maximum flavor of freshly fried kushikatsu. Our Omakase-style kushikatsu is a true reflection of the chef’s dedication and craftsmanship.

”One-of-a-kind” Creative Kushikatsu

The chef’s primary focus is on pairing ingredients with the perfect sauce. While it’s common to serve kushikatsu with tonkatsu sauce or salt, we customize our sauces to complement each ingredient. For example, scallops are paired with a Japanese dashi broth, sea bream with kombu, and Wagyu beef with our homemade onion sauce. Each sauce is carefully selected to enhance the natural flavors of the fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers and fishermen.

Carefully selected “Premium Ingredients”
